HOME CARE PLAN TERMS & SERVICE DISCLAIMER
By enrolling in a GForce Home Care Plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
SERVICE STRUCTURE
- Essential Plan: Up to 1 hour per visit (bi-monthly)
- Signature Plan: Up to 2 hours per visit (bi-monthly)
- Elite Plan: Up to 3–4 hours per visit (monthly)
All services are limited to maintenance and repairs within the allocated visit time.
SCOPE OF WORK LIMITATIONS
- Major repairs or large-scale renovation work
- Structural repairs or modifications
- Full system replacements (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Permit-required work (unless separately contracted)
- Specialized licensed trade work
- Emergency services outside scheduled visits
Additional work beyond scope will be quoted separately.
MATERIALS & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Materials and parts are not included unless stated.
- Provided by client, or
- Supplied by GForce and billed separately
TIME POLICY
- Service is limited to allocated plan time
- Unused time does not roll over
- Extra time billed at standard/member rates
INSPECTION & REPORTING
Reports are based on visible and accessible areas only.
- No code compliance inspections
- No engineering evaluations
- No destructive inspections
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Pre-existing conditions
- Hidden defects
- System failures after service
- Issues outside visible inspection
Services are maintenance-based and do not guarantee future performance.
SCHEDULING & ACCESS
Clients must provide access for scheduled visits. Missed appointments may affect service timing.
BILLING & MEMBERSHIP TERMS
- Monthly recurring billing
- Cancel anytime (unless stated otherwise)
- No refunds for unused time
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
- You understand the Home Care Plan structure
- You agree to service limitations and exclusions
- Additional work may require extra approval and cost
